Operational Guidelines
Terms & Conditions of HireWe are available 7 days a week to handle your booking or enquiries. In addition to being able to contact us by phone we are available 24/7 via email, fax and sms.
To confirm a booking we ideally require between 12 - 24 hours notice. Bookings received by 12 o'clock each day can be delivered the following day. If a bin delivery or service is required in a shorter time frame please phone our office 07 3821 3200.
We accept payment by the following methods:
- Cash (on delivery only)
- Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa & AMEX)
- Direct deposit into our nominated account
- 30 Day Account (established account customers)
